We wish to inform the Exchange that we have noticed typographical error in the Annual Report. The said error has occurred due to technical issue in system while converting final PDF file of the Annual Report wherein the words 'all amounts in INR Lakhs' in header were erroneously replaced with the words 'all amounts in INR Hundred' in financial section. Further, we wish to clarify that the figures were casted correctly in Lakhs, but only the word in the header 'Lakhs' was mistakenly replaced with 'Hundred' from page no. 200 to page no. 431 due to the said technical error. In view of the above, the Company has taken corrective action for rectifying the error and accordingly, please find enclosed herewith updated copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23. Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI PIT Regulations and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from Friday, June 30, 2023 for the consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results. Accordingly, all Designated Persons including Directors, Promoters & Promoter Group along with Persons Acting in Concert, Employees of the Company & its Subsidiary Company(ies) and their respective immediate relatives and persons having contractual & fiduciary relation with the Company including but not limited to auditors, accountancy firm, law firms, analysts, consultants, etc. assisting or advising the Company, shall not involve in any transaction for dealing/ trading in the securities of the Company during the period when Trading Window is closed.21-06-2023
