Ring Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad and through Audio Visual Means, to transact the following business: 1.Board of Directors has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation of Trion Chemicals PVT. Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary company) with Bodal Chemicals Ltd (BCL), subject to requisite approvals. 2.The Board of Directors has reappointed Mr. Suresh J. Patel, as a Chairman and managing Director, of the Company, for period of 3 years. 3.The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Rajarshi Ghosh, as an Additional Director designated as a Director - HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), of the Company, for period of 5 years27-05-2020
