 With reference to the above captioned subject, we hereby inform you that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by its designated persons will remain closed with effect from close of working hours on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. The closure is in connection with the finalization of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
