Rajiv Reddy, who has sought re-classification of his name from the category of 'Promoter Group' of the Company to 'Public Category' in terms of Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, along with a confirmation that he fulfils and shall continue to fulfil the conditions set out under Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. (b) At its meeting held on September 17, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company considered the letter received from Mr. T.
