 This is further to the intimation dated 6 November, 2019, 4 August 2020 and 30 December, 2020 with respect to the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation (the 'Scheme') between Ganges Securities Limited ('Transferee Company') and Uttar Pradesh Trading Company Limited ('Transferor Company') and their respective shareholders and creditors under Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ("the Scheme"). You are requested to take notice that a petition/application under Section 230 - 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 was presented by the Petitioners abovenamed before the Allahabad Bench, National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), for sanctioning of the Scheme. The said petition/application has been admitted by the NCLT vide order dated 16 March, 2021 and is fixed for hearing before the Bench on 26 April, 2021. Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Order dated 16 March, 2021 of the NCLT. This is for your information and records.

 Further to our letter dated 10th November, 2020 on the above subject, we write to inform you that the Company has received letter No CSE/LD/15236/2021 dated February 25, 2021 from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited ('CSE'), today i.e. February 26, 2021, granting its approval for voluntary delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from CSE w.e.f. February 26, 2021. Copy of the said letter is enclosed for your records. As already intimated, the Equity Shares of the Company will continue to remain listed with National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
