With reference to the captioned subject and in continuation to our letter(s) dated March 30, 2020, this is to inform that pursuant to the receipt of confirmation/ permission received from the concerned Administrative Authorities, the Company has partially resumed the operations at manufacturing facilities of its Lighting & Steel Pipes Plants including Galvanising and 3 LPE Coating facilities in a phased manner. The Company shall fully comply with the guidelines relating to safety, health, hygiene, reduced manpower, social distancing and other precautionary measures required to be taken in the prevailing situation. This is to inform the Stock Exchanges that in view of the government orders of lock-down of certain states, respective offices and plant locations of the Company viz. Surya Roshni Limited in such regions are temporarily shut down. Besides, the Company has also adopted the Work From Home (WFH) facility for its employees thereby significantly reducing risk to them and also ensure that we remain fully operational in this period. Further, we have also instructed the plant heads across various states to keep assessing the ground situation and take necessary calls on running of factory operations in accordance with Central/State Advisories. Please note that these are all temporary measures and the position will be reviewed as per the evolving situation.30-03-2020
