Advance Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2005, has re-appointed Shri Ashok V Goenka as Managing Director (MD) with effect from August 01, 2005 and his remuneration was approved by the meeting of the Remuneration Committee held on July 31, 2005 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the General Meeting through Special Resolution.25-08-2005
