Pursuant to SEBI (Insider Trading) amendment Regulations, 2018 and clarification issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5, 2022, the trading window closure period will commence from July 01, 2023 and will end after 48 hours from the date of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended on 30th June 2023 for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024. Mahato Prabir & Associates., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 325966E) as per the reason stated in the resignation letter. In this regard we would further like to inform you that pursuant to circular CIR/CFD/CMD/114/2019 issued by the SEBI, any Statutory Auditors who resigns after forty five days from the end of quarter of a financial year then the said Auditor shall before such resignation, issue the Limited Review for such quarter as well as the next quarter.
