 This is further to our intimation dated May 22, 2019, The 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company is re-scheduled to Wednesday, August 14, 2019 to be held at Hotel Fairfield by Marriott, FSP, Mambakkam, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu, 602105, India at 01:30 P.M. Pursuant to regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and section 91 of the Companies Act 2013, Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from August 08, 2019 to August 14, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
