With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 29, 2023 regarding Offer for Sale of Shares of Thomas Cook (India) Ltd ("the Company"), In this regard, Fairbridge Capital (Mauritius) Limited (the "Seller") has now informed BSE as under :"We refer to the Notice sent by the Seller to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("Stock Exchanges"), whereby the Seller proposed to sell up to 32,000,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each of the Company (representing 6.80% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company) ("Base Offer Size"), on November 30, 2023 ("T day") (for Non-Retail Investors only) and on December 01, 2023 ("T+1 day") (for Retail Investors and Non-Retail Investors, who choose to carry forward their un-allotted bids from T day) with an option to additionally sell up to 8,000,000 equity shares of the Company (representing 1.70% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company) (the "Oversubscription Option"), collectively, hereinafter be referred to as "Offer Shares", through the separate designated window of the Stock Exchanges (such offer hereinafter referred as the "Offer").In this connection, we wish to intimate the Stock Exchanges of our intention to exercise the Oversubscription Option.
