The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11th February 2021, has approved an allotment of 25,668 equity shares of Rs.1/- each, being the exercise of 17,501 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 - Plan A, (ESOS 2018 Plan A) and 8,167 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018- Plan B, (ESOS 2018 Plan B).
