Dear Sir, We refer to our earlier letter dated 03/08/2020 enclosing the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulation, 2011 and disclosure in Form C under Regulation 7(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for disposal by way of inter-se transfer by way of gift of 7,53,440 equity shares of Sayaji Industries Limited from Sujata Priyam Mehta and 3,16,560 equity shares from Sujata Priyam Mehta jointly with Priyambhai Bipinbhai Mehta (total of 10,70,000 equity shares) to Varun Family Trust pursuant to Exemption order dated 15/11/2019 received from Securities and Exchange Board of India, wherein inadvertently, by mistake the date of sale being 01/08/2020 was not mentioned and we have received a mail from BSE on 16/09/2020 asking us to file a revised form after rectifying the mistake.17-09-2020
