With reference to our letter of 1st November, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on date i.e. 12.11.2019 has, inter alia, transacted the following business: 1. Approved the Un-audited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2019 along with Statement of Assets & Liabilities, Cash Flow Statement for the half year ended on 30th September, 2019 and Limited Review Report as issued by the Auditors of the Company and placed before the Board pursuant to Regulation 30(6) and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2.Appointed Mr. Ankit Gupta as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) designated as KMP of the Company as per the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee with immediate effect within the meaning of Section 203 and/or any other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.12-11-2019
