Board of Directors of the Compnay has commented on the mail received from NSE/BSE regarding SDD Non- compliance for the quarter ended June 30,2023, at its meeting held on 12th August,2023. Board Comment:- The Board has taken note of the SDD Non-Compliance e-mail received from BSE/NSE on 07th August 2023. The Board has recommended and to consult with a PCS to identify the gaps of Non Compliance under Regulation 3(5) and/ Or Regulation 3(6) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. The Board of Directors recommended the Compliance officer to coordinate with officials of BSE/NSE to take necessary steps to resolve the issue of Non-compliance to remove the company name from SDD Non-Compliance List.
