Jindal Saw Limited Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2018 2. Jindal Saw Limited General Employee Benefit Scheme , 2018 3. Jindal Saw Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme 2018 Further, the Board had also approved the formation of Jindal Saw Employee Welfare Trust and appointed Axis Trustee Services Limited as its Trustee. An intimation was made to your exchange on 22nd May, 2019. Further also, we wish to inform that the Axis Trustee Services Limited ('Trustee') has purchased the equity shares of the Jindal Saw Limited from Secondary market under 'Jindal Saw Limited General Benefit Scheme, 2018', the said acquisition are within the prescribed limits as mentioned in SBEB Regulations.
