 On 29.12.2021, the Company intimated of the proposed sale of shares of subsidiary of Keppel Puravankara Development Private Limited (KPDPL) (an associate of the Company), and on 27.05.2022 the Company intimated that it holds 49% shareholding in Bangalore Tower Private Limited, a subsidiary of KPDPL. We wish to inform you that the Company has transferred its shareholding of 49% i.e., 47,72,047 shares held in Bangalore Tower Private Limited, to Keppel Investments (Mauritius) Pte Ltd and has received a total consideration of Rs. 112,70,00,000/-. Further to the aforesaid transaction, Bangalore Tower Private Limited has ceased to be an Associate of Puravankara Limited.
