Cement & Cement Products company Indian Hume Pipe Company announced Q1FY24 results: The Indian Hume Pipe Company (IHP) reported a total income of Rs 349.55 crore for Q1FY24 as against Rs 376.08 crore for Q1FY23. The Company has reported an EBIDTA of Rs 31.70 crore as against Rs 345.07 crore reported in Q1FY23. The total income and EBITDA for Q1FY23 include Rs 1,464.18 lakh towards additional land compensation inclusive of interest from National Highway Authority (NHAI) against the compulsory acquisition of part of Yelhanka, Bengaluru Land. The Company’s net profit for Q1FY24 is Rs 8.51 crore as against the net profit of Rs 20.67 crore reported in Q1FY23. The estimated balance value of the work as of July 31, 2023, is Rs 2,878.44 crore as against Rs 4,005.40 crore as of August 9, 2022, The company is L1 in three projects having a value of Rs 1,553.30 crore as on July 31, 2023.
