Accordingly, we are re-submitting the disclosure. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Sucheta Nilesh Shah (DIN:00322403) as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 3 (three) years with effect from 12th February, 2020 to 11th February, 2023, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
