 This has reference to our intimation letter dated June 13, 2023, regarding precautionary shutdown of the Company's Plant at SEZ, Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat due to severe Cyclonic Storm 'Biparjoy'. With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that our Mundra Plant has restarted its operation on June 18, 2023. No significant loss has been estimated.

The manufacturing activity may remain suspended at the Plant for about 3 days from 14th June 2023 till 16th June 2023.
