Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the closure of trading window has already commenced from 01st October, 2023 and shall continue until 48 hours from the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Six Months ended 30th September, 2023.

MANJEERA CONSTRUCTIONS LTD. - 533078 - Anticipated Delay In Submission Of Financial Results For The Quarter And Half Year Ended 30Th September, 2023

 This is in furtherance of our previous intimation whereby it was intimated that pursuant orders dated 18th July, 2023 of the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench ("NCLT"), corporate insolvency resolution process ("CIRP") has been initiated against Manjeera Constructions Ltd ("MCL") as per the provision of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (''SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015''), MCL is required to submit the standalone and consolidated financial results for Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2023 to the stock exchange within forty five days of end of the quarter i.e. within 14th November, 2023. We wish to inform you that there is a possibility of delay in preparation and hence finalisation of the financial results for the Quarter and Half-Year ended 30th September, 2023 will take some additional time.

 We refer to the intimation letter dated August 12, 2023 regarding meeting of Committee of Creditors to be held on August 16, 2023. In furtherance thereof and pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we hereby inform that the following matters were discussed in the first meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. 1.
