Centum Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2021, inter alia, has recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 2.00/- (i.e. 20%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each on the fully paid up equity share capital of the Company and which is subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
