Please take note that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall be closed for all the designated employees and connected persons from 24th May, 2019 to 02nd June, 2019 (both days inclusive) in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th May, 2019. The Trading Window shall open from 03rd June, 2019.
