The Company has fixed September 22, 2021 as the Cut-Off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the shareholders holding of shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses transacted at the 7th AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 12:00 PM IST as well as voting at the said AGM.
