 As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulation, 2019, effective from July 25, 2019, and pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the 'Trading Restriction Period' shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results'. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives effective from September 30, 2021 until 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending September 30, 2021.
