With reference to the above subject, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday 1st July, 2019 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019 ". The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results.
