Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e.13th February, 2020, inter alia, considered and taken on record the resignation of Mrs. Sakshi Mody, Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. closing hours of 13th February, 2020. Mrs. Sakshi Mody has resigned from the directorship of the Company due to personal reasons, due to which she would not be able to devote time to the Company.
