Hindustan Composites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 29, 2020, inter alia, to consider the following matters:1. To approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020;2. To approve the Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2020; and3. To recommend the payment of dividend , if any.Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window is closed from April 01, 2020 and shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020, for the Directors and Specified Persons asdefined in the Code.20-06-2020
