 With reference to the above subject, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the stock exchanges.
