On the recommendations of The Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed three Non Executive Independent Additional Directors i.e. Shri Santosh Kumar Dabriwala, Shri Ratnesh Kumar Gupta and Smt. Bhupinder Kaur Marwah with effect from 01st April,2019 in place of three Non Executive Independent Director retiring on 31st March,2019 on completion of ten years tenure. The retiring Directors are Shri Kamlesh Kumar Sinha, Shri Jaspal Singh Marwah and Shri Manoj Kumar Gupta.27-03-2019
