Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Strikes /Lockouts / Disturbances

 This is to inform that due to heavy rain and cloud burst the power house and control room of 7 MW Ullunkal Hydro Electric Project in the State of Kerala operated via Company's wholly owned-subsidiary namely, M/s. EDCL Power Projects Limited got totally submerged in water during midnight of 14th August, 2018. Consequently, generation of electricity at the said plant has stopped. Our Operation & Management team is safe. We shall keep you informed about the further developments.

Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

 The Board of Directors have recommended payment of Dividend @ 5% on the paid-up share capital of the Company (?0.50 per equity shares of ?10/- each) for the financial year 2017-18 (subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting).
