Retirement of Independent Director
With reference to the earlier letter dated February 08, 2017 regarding reappointment of Independent Directors. Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd has now informed BSE that Shri Vivek Nair, Independent Director has informed that his term is ending on March 31, 2017 and desired not to renew his term for the Second term. Accordingly, the Board of Directors has taken on record that Shri Vivek Nair would be retiring on March 31, 2017 as Independent Director.29-03-2017
