DIC INDIA LTD. - 500089 - Record Date Update For The Purpose Of Annual General Meeting

 As per our earlier communication to stock exchange, the 72ndAnnual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was due to be held on June 18, 2020. Further, vide circular no. 20/2020 dated May 5, 2020, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has enabled convening of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) through video conferencing or other audio visual means. In view of the above, the Board has decided to hold the AGM through Video conferencing/other audio visual means. The AGM has now been preponed to Friday, June 12, 2020 at 11.00 AM.This will ensure safety of the shareholders while providing an early opportunity to attend the AGM. Following decisions have been made in this regard: 1. Rescheduling of Annual General Meeting The AGM shall now be held on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 11.00 A.M. through Video Conferencing or other audio visual means. 2. Record date for payment of dividend The record date to determine the shareholders to whom dividend is payable is June 5, 2020.
