In continuation to the disclosure referred above, we hereby inform you that: In terms of the above referred disclosures, the final tranche of consideration was payable as under: 'Additionally Rs. 33 Crores, contingent on achieving certain milestones with respect to height clearance, to be obtained by the buyer, from appropriate authorities'. Pursuant to the above, the Company has received part of the final tranche aggregating to Rs. 16.5 Crores (Rupees Sixteen Crore Fifty Lakh Only) from Godrej Properties Limited on June 8, 2022. Further disclosure on the remaining part of the final tranche shall be made when the same is received.08-06-2022
