Considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 along with the Limited review Report given by Statutory Auditor of the Company (Annexure - A). 2. Appointment of Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2023-24 (Annexure - B). 3. Appointment of Tax Auditor for the financial year 2023-24 (Annexure - C) 4.
