RL/SE/23-24/39 dated May 9, 2023, and in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. on June 21, 2023 has, inter alia, approved allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures for an amount of Rs.1,100 Crore (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred Crore only) on Private Placement basis to Raymond Consumer Care Limited, Associate company of the Company with June 22, 2023 as deemed date of allotment. Further details relating to allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures are annexed herewith as Annexure A.
