 This is to inform you that as per Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Corporate Governance & the above mentioned provisions such as Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 shall not apply to listed entities having paid up Equity share capital not exceeding rupees 10 Crores and net worth not exceeding rupees 25 Crore, as on the last day of previous financial year. The Paid up equity share capital and net worth of Vivanta Industries Limited as on 31st March, 2022 is Rs. 10,00,00,000/- and Rs. 14,59,40,000/- respectively.
