 Dear Sir, In view of the outbreak of COVID-19(Corona Virus) and as per the direction of the Government of Maharashtra yesterday, i.e. 20th March, 2020, and in the interest of the Worker, Staff and Employees and all Associates of the Company, the Factory and Corporate Office at Mumbai and Branch Office at Nagpur have been closed effective midnight of 20th March, 2020 untill 31st March, 2020. The situation will be reviewed in view of the further directions of the State and Central Government. And, if the situation warrants, then other Factories, Branch Offices and Depots will be closed as per the direction of the Respective Governments. However, employees and Officers at Senior level will continue to work from home. This is for the information of the Exchanges and to the public at large.
