Appointment of M/s Nitin Bhatia & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2021-2022 & 2022-23 in terms of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013. Please further be informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the company shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results are made public on 30th day of May, 2022 for specified / designated persons as defined in the code.
