 Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Kindly note that pursuant to clause 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 12th June 2020 inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter/year ended on 31.3.2020. Further as informed vide our communication dated 31.3.2020, pursuant to the amended (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares by the designed persons of the Company and their immediate relatives remains closed from 1.4.2020 to 14..6.2020 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of window. Kindly treat this as in compliance with the said Regulations.
