 This is further to our letters dated 26.10.2020 and 29.10.2020, informing the exchange about the date of board of directors meeting being 4.11.2020, inter-alia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter /half year ended on 30.09.2020 and to consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-2021. The above two items are approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today. We are enclosing the Unaudited Financial Results duly signed by Managing Director along with the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditor of the Company pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations 2015. The Board of Directors of the Company recommended Interim Dividend of Rs.1.50 per equity share for the financial year 2020-2021. The Board also fixed the record date for the purpose of the said dividend as 12th November 2020 and interim dividend will be paid on or before 3.12.2020.
