In reference to the Regulation 30 B (6) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that fire broke out in one of the building of Rolta Technology Park, Andheri at 11.15 a.m. Fire fighters have reached the premises and they are trying to control the situation. The fire ignited from 2nd floor of the building and reached till 4th floor (top floor). Further, neither any of the employees are injured nor any casualty occurred at the affected premises. The exact reason of the fire and the total damage incurred is yet unknown at this point of time.
