ROLTA INDIA LTD. - 500366 - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

 Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part-A of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and our letter dated 13.06.2023, it is hereby informed that the 6th Meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) was held today. The Committee has discussed, deliberated and approved extension of time to Prospective Resolution Applicants for submitting Resolution Plan till 5th July, 2023 and item relating to the approval for extension of CIRP period beyond 180 days (i.e 18th July, 2023) for a further period upto 90 days as per the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and, to make necessary application with Adjudicating Authority, will be put up for e-voting for the CoC members and the outcome of the such e-voting shall be informed to the Stock Exchanges on its conclusion.
