 Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2022, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend @ 40% on Equity Share Capital i.e. Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for the year ended March 31, 2022 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuring Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Company has already paid Interim Dividend @ 30% Equity Share Capital i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each in November, 2021.
