 Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are sending herewith Notice of 42nd AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 24th day of August, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in compliance with the Section 96 of Companies Act, 2013 read with MCA Circulars. Pursuant to Section 108 of Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration)Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Company is providing facility of remote e-voting during AGM to all the shareholders for all items of business contained in Notice convening 42nd AGM. The remote e-voting period will begin on 21st August, 2022 (9:00 am) and end on 23rd August, 2022 (5:00 pm). To determine shareholders eligible to cast their votes electronically, Company has fixed 17th August, 2022 as cut-off date. The dividend on equity shares as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the Annual General Meeting will be paid to the members, whose names appear in Register of members as on 12th August, 2022 or Register of beneficial owners, maintained by the Depositories as at the close of 12th August, 2022.
