 This is to inform you that in view of the directions passed by the government authorities to prevent & contain the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and all stakeholders, Jay Ushin Limited ("the Company") has decided to temporarily close/ is in process of closure of its manufacturing operations at its Gurgaon, Manesar (Haryana), Bhiwadi (Rajasthan), Sriprembudur (Tamilnadu), Mehsana (Gujarat) & Kolar (Karnataka) facilities with immediate effect till further notice. The duration of this shutdown will depend upon Government policy.
