Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, our Board in its meeting held on 26th July, 2019 considered and approved the below item: 1) Amendment in the Object Clause & Liability Clause of Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company subject to approval of shareholders in the forthcoming 29th AGM. The Object Clause of MOA of our Company is being amended in order to make object clause more comprehensive and concise and to include activities permitted to be undertaken by a Housing Finance Company from time to time. Liability Clause of MOA is also being amended in order to make it in line with the new provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The revised set of MOA will be filed with stock exchange after the same is approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming AGM. Kindly take note of the same in your record.26-07-2019
