 Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (7) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Prof. Indira Parikh (DIN:00143801), who was appointed as Independent Director for a term of five years effective from August 9, 2014, expressed her desire not to be re-appointed as Independent Director for the second term, due to her advancing age. Hence, her re-appointment as Independent Director for the second term was not proposed at the 48th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on June 28, 2019.
