 In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations (LODR) 2015, we are happy to inform that the Company has been awarded annual repair contract of integrated passenger information system (IPIS) by the south central railway on November 04, 2022 for a period of one year at Tirupati station in Guntakal Division (MIC make). The value of the said AMC is Rs. 14.22 Lakhs. The letter of acceptance is enclosed. The value of the total AMCs on hand including the above AMC is Rs. 3.03 Crores.
