The Company has received a letter dated June 02, 2020 bearing reference number SFIO/lnv./1293-1295/FIEL/1/19774/2020(2), from Serious Fraud lnvestigation Office ("SFIO), Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA"), Government of India, informing that the Central Government, in terms of the powers vested under Section 212 (1) (c) of the Companies Act, 2013, has ordered an investigation by the SFIO into the affairs of the Company, vide Order No. 35/6/2020 -Legal, dated May 19,2020. The Company in terms of this letter is required to provide certain information to the SFIO and accordingly the Company is in process of collating the said information and will be furnishing all the requisite information to SFIO in due course of time.The financial implication/compensation/penalty and quantum of claims has not been referred in the aforesaid letter and hence cannot be ascertained. In terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020.
