SPICEJET LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2021. Further, in continuation of our intimation dated December 31, 2021 on 'Closure of Trading Window' pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons till February 16, 2022 (end of the day) for declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2021.08-02-2022
